1st Amendment

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

The violation of this particular amendment by the government is what brought me into the fight (through politics) to restore an adherence to “The Supreme Law of the Land.”

Freedom OF Religion

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;"

And yet, Christians have been arrested in absolute violation of this first and most important clause of our entire Constitution.  There was a group of Christians who became known as the Philadelphia Eleven.  There were arrested during an event called "Outfest" - a homosexual event.  They were arrested under the "Hate-Speech" legislation.

And yet, Chief Justice Roy Moore was removed from office, because he said, "I MUST RECOGNIZE GOD IN MY JOB."

Freedom of Speech

“Congress shall make no law… abridging the freedom of speech”

Freedom of the Press

Congress shall make no law… abridging the freedom…of the press”

Freedom to Assemble (Peaceably)

“Congress shall make no law… abridging…the right of the people peaceably to assemble”

Freedom to Petition the Government

“Congress shall make no law… abridging…the right of the people…to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Pornography as a 1st Amendment Right:

Isn't it interesting how people have construed the first amendment "freedom of speech" to be a complete freedom of "expression?"

NO WHERE in the first amendment does it give the pornography industry the right to produce and publish pornographic pictures.
